Manage accounting and finance projects from planning through completion, coordinating Accounting, Finance, IT, Operations, vendors, and subsidiaries. Support ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, data migrations, testing, reconciliations, reporting improvements, process standardization, automation, internal controls, audits, and business integrations. Track timelines, risks, deliverables, documentation, and stakeholder responsibilities while improving accounting workflows, financial data accuracy, reporting timeliness, and operational efficiency.

Host interactive livestream shopping events on TikTok, Whatnot, Instagram Live, and other social-commerce platforms. Demonstrate and explain beauty and personal-care products, answer viewer questions, encourage engagement, support sales, and maintain an authentic on-camera presence. Collaborate with content, marketing, social media, and studio teams, follow promotional guidelines, stay current on beauty trends, and use performance feedback to improve future livestreams.

Recruiting is the primary focus, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate communication, offers, background checks, onboarding, and talent pipeline development. The role also supports payroll and timekeeping, employee relations, HR documentation, compliance, and employee communications. This fully on-site position provides bilingual English/Spanish HR support across office and warehouse teams in a fast-paced organization.

Lead and supervise operations and warehouse teams, implement quality assurance, improve processes and metrics, partner with cross-functional teams to enhance systems, ensure compliance with legal and safety, and support productivity, cost reduction, and customer service goals.
