Teams at The PCA Group of Companies

Manage and grow marketplace accounts (primarily Amazon Seller/Vendor Central) including product setup, pricing, promotions, inventory, account health, listings, performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Support other marketplaces (Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay), troubleshoot marketplace issues, launch new items, and optimize listings and sales using daily Excel analysis.

Perform live on-camera product presentations across social and sales platforms, engage viewers in real time, showcase beauty and fragrance products, collaborate with content teams, drive sales, and work flexible in-studio hours to support promotions and brand excitement.

Lead and supervise operations and warehouse teams, enforce quality assurance, improve processes and productivity, collect and report operations metrics, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure legal and safety compliance. May require weekend work and travel to Indiana.
