Manage and grow marketplace sales across Amazon (Seller & Vendor), Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay and others. Handle product setup, pricing, inventory, promotions, account health, performance reporting, issue resolution, launches, and cross-functional coordination. Use Excel daily for analysis and reporting; identify risks and optimize listings and operations to improve sales.

Act as the daily operational contact for assigned 3PL clients: coordinate transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, and inventory activities; track orders, resolve issues, communicate status, analyze KPIs, and support continuous improvements while using CRM/WMS/ERP systems.

Support daily operations for inventory, order management, and internal communications. Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing, handle client correspondence, document and improve procedures, and identify process inefficiencies to drive operational improvements.
