Own day-to-day client-facing 3PL logistics operations across transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment. Manage client accounts, communications, service issues, escalations, performance reporting, and KPI/SLA achievement. Collaborate with Operations, DevOps, Inventory, Finance, and external partners while identifying service gaps and driving process improvements. Use logistics software and business tools to support accurate, timely, and cost-effective service delivery.

Create, appear in, film, and edit short-form content for multiple beauty brands across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Produce formats including product demos, GRWMs, ASMR, talking-head videos, voiceovers, unboxings, and trend recreations. Collaborate with the social team on scripts and shot planning, pitch trend-based ideas, adapt content to brand voices, and deliver platform-ready edits on a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule.

Supports daily operations across inventory, order management, internal communications, sales, and warehouse coordination. Monitors account timelines, resolves issues, responds to clients, documents procedures, and identifies process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to prioritize under pressure in an in-person environment.
