Build and maintain data environments in AWS and Snowflake by identifying, preparing, manipulating, and modeling structured and unstructured datasets. Evaluate datasets for reporting and modeling, use data preparation tools such as Coalesce, resolve data quality issues, and advise stakeholders on data systems and concepts.

Supports centralized agency operations by maintaining agency and producer records, coordinating licensing, onboarding, compensation, bonus, dividend, and safety group workflows, and producing reports. Manage complex provider relationships within a workers’ compensation network, including contract negotiations, renewals, fee schedules, network improvement strategies, provider training, performance monitoring, and leadership reporting. The role requires expertise in workers’ compensation managed care, regulations, treatment guidelines, provider engagement, and healthcare network outcomes.

Serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, leading corporate development, partnerships, M&A evaluations, market intelligence, business cases, and enterprise transformation initiatives. Develops board-level presentations, facilitates strategic alignment, advises on high-impact decisions, and oversees cross-functional execution without direct authority. Requires strong executive communication, financial modeling, competitive analysis, and corporate strategy expertise.

Manage marketing intake, campaign planning, capacity balancing, project tracking, KPI dashboards, stakeholder coordination, and workflow improvements. Translate business objectives into integrated marketing plans, maintain project documentation, identify roadblocks, and improve team processes. The role partners with marketing, business development, distribution, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns and deliverables remain aligned and on schedule.

Lead DevSecOps initiatives: design and implement IaC with Terraform, build secure CI/CD/CT pipelines (AzDO/Jenkins), automate deployments to AWS (ECS), implement observability and security scanning, mentor teams, and drive platform engineering and cloud adoption.
