Perform final premium audits for complex and PEO accounts by analyzing financial records, evaluating operations, and applying NCCI/Texas rules to determine true exposure and premium. Provide technical audit expertise, develop procedures, educate staff and stakeholders, and assist fraud investigations including depositions and expert testimony.

Serve as subject-matter expert in Premium Audit, develop procedures, train staff and partners, respond to audit/classification inquiries, liaise across departments, and support operational and strategic improvement projects.

Lead agency operations and safety group programs to support distribution, business development, and underwriting goals. Develop agency strategies, manage commissions and incentive programs, drive agent recruiting/contracting, oversee KPI analysis and Safety Group administration, coach Territory Managers, and represent company with agents and industry partners. Coordinate with Underwriting, Actuarial, and Legal to ensure compliance and scalable sales management frameworks.
