Supervise daily processing of catastrophic workers' compensation claims under Texas law and DWC rules. Manage staff, recruit and coach employees, ensure quality and compliance, oversee budgets, procedures, and a caseload including TIB, IIB, SIB, LIB, and death benefit claims.

Support Texas Mutual's Community Affairs team by learning about community partnerships, participating in grant-making, assisting with event sponsorships, using volunteer tracking platforms, conducting research projects, attending events, and completing department-assigned tasks and trainings.
