Identify and pursue business opportunities, build relationships with clients, brokers, and prospects, and support retention, cross-selling, and upselling. Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors while supporting project planning, user acceptance testing, risk management, implementation, training, documentation, budgeting, and change management.

Delivers and collects packages for DHL clients in Nevis, checks cargo, scans packages, updates computer systems, transports shipments to customers and the DHL office, and assists with office tasks as needed. The role requires strong customer service, communication, professionalism, problem-solving ability, at least two years of driving experience, a high school diploma, and a minimum age of 25.

The Accountant prepares monthly accounts for various departments, handles reconciliations, investigates transactions, and manages expenses and VAT, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.

Provide visible security presence at store entrances/exits, monitor high-risk merchandise, check invoices against shopping bags, report suspicious activity, use non-confrontational theft-prevention techniques, assist customers courteously, return carts, and perform other assigned duties while standing for long shifts.

Process and fulfill online orders via the company e-commerce platform. Coordinate with warehouse, retail, purchasing and third-party vendors to confirm availability, process payments/refunds, upload product information, enforce SOPs, manage after-sales service and customer communications, meet KPIs, and compile regular reports to improve fulfillment processes.
