The Sales Representative will seek new sales leads, maintain customer service, manage relationships, and report weekly to management.

Process and fulfill online orders via the company e-commerce platform. Coordinate with warehouse, retail, purchasing and third-party vendors to confirm availability, process payments/refunds, upload product information, enforce SOPs, manage after-sales service and customer communications, meet KPIs, and compile regular reports to improve fulfillment processes.

The role involves managing collateral, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance, and preparing reports related to collateral and securities.
