Record customer notes in CRM software and complete paid training on tax-related offerings. The role offers a base salary, commissions, benefits, and a retention bonus, with schedules running Wednesday through Sunday or Friday through Tuesday.

The Sales Closer role involves closing deals, managing client relationships, and working with warm leads to showcase tax solutions, requiring strong phone sales experience.

Build and maintain marketing data pipelines, replace spreadsheet workflows with structured databases, automate data cleaning/deduplication and syncing, develop AI-driven reports and dashboards, and collaborate with marketing, AdOps, and engineering to ensure reliable, unified, AI-ready marketing data.
