Teams at Tax Relief Advocates

Make 100+ outbound calls daily to pre-qualify leads for debt relief, build rapport, document interactions in the CRM, and transfer qualified prospects to sales closers. Track performance metrics and collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly conversion targets. Onsite, full-time role with paid training and uncapped commissions.

Manage high-volume mailroom and document processing operations, lead internal teams and BPO partners, implement automation, ensure IRS compliance and data security, optimize workflows, oversee shipping and filing, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and seasonal staffing.

Sales closers are responsible for closing warm leads via phone, overcoming objections, and collaborating with teams to resolve tax debts while earning commissions on sales.
