Teams at Tax Relief Advocates

Documents and analyzes end-to-end workflows across departments, facilitates process-mapping sessions, identifies bottlenecks and compliance risks, and recommends improvements. Creates process maps, SOPs, checklists, and job aids; defines success measures, tracks results, and supports implementation, training, and adoption. Partners with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and department leaders to reduce rework, improve cycle times, maintain quality, and meet regulatory requirements.

Provides Level 1 IT support for employees, including onboarding and offboarding, account and license administration, device setup and compliance, application and access troubleshooting, and hardware support. Manages Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft 365, security policies, inventory, tickets, documentation, and user training. Supports compliance with WISP and IRS data protection requirements while escalating complex issues and maintaining service records.

Sales Openers will make high-volume outbound calls to qualify leads for tax relief services, ensuring smooth handoffs to sales closers and using CRM tools to document interactions.
