Manage recruitment for training programs: screen resumes, interview candidates, maintain candidate and employer databases, coordinate interviews and contracts, draft MOUs, headhunt, track registrations, and oversee project planning, scheduling, reporting and employer communications.

Lead end-to-end project delivery including design, approvals, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, stakeholder management, and reporting. Develop proposals, secure funding, design processes, monitor milestones, manage risks and teams, and support business development and client relations in hospitality training and recruitment projects.

Lead end-to-end government projects: initiate, design, plan, execute, monitor and close. Manage budgets, teams, stakeholders, proposals, tenders and approvals; develop project plans, operations, risk mitigation, and reporting. Support bids, scan Etimad for tenders, prepare technical/commercial proposals, and coordinate cross-functional and external partners.

Lead education-focused business development by identifying and securing partnerships with schools, universities, edtech, and government. Develop strategic plans, manage student recruitment and team performance, negotiate contracts, represent the company at events, and use data-driven insights to grow revenue and optimize offerings.
