Manage and optimize linehaul transportation resources, improve performance metrics, coordinate with teams, and support pricing analysis and carrier negotiations.

Drive local customer acquisition and revenue growth by selling logistics and e-commerce solutions to warehouses, 3PLs, marketplace sellers and retailers. Build and maintain relationships, deliver sales presentations and negotiations, collaborate with operations to ensure satisfaction, and meet monthly and quarterly targets for acquisition, revenue, package volume and retention.

Lead cost-control and quality initiatives for last-mile delivery operations. Monitor and analyze operational costs, establish KPIs, conduct audits, perform root-cause analysis, manage DSP and warehouse vendor performance, prepare management reports, and supervise a small team to implement process improvements and ensure contract compliance.

Responsible for managing first-mile pickup operations and logistics workflows across the country through TMS/WMS, data analytics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Management Trainees will undergo a one-year rotational training program in operations, covering areas like warehouse management, data analysis, and leadership development to prepare for future leadership roles.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automated material handling equipment including conveyors, sorters, scanners, and PLC/control systems. Perform preventive maintenance, installations, commissioning, spare-parts management, KPI tracking (MTBF), documentation, SOPs, and staff training. Collaborate with vendors and engineering to optimize reliability and efficiency.
