Owns product quality across the full software development lifecycle for a securities-based lending platform. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements and designs, defining test strategy, writing and executing test cases, preparing test data, regression testing, defect triage, release sign-off, and customer UAT support. The role requires lending or investment software domain expertise, SQL skills, client-facing communication, and the ability to establish quality processes across product, engineering, QA, DevOps, and support teams.

Leads business and system requirements gathering, stakeholder solutioning, documentation, configuration, troubleshooting, quality assurance, testing, and release-note coordination. The role supports customization requests, reviews configurations, oversees project testing, monitors junior business analysts, and helps deliver solutions for fintech and financial-services clients.

Analyze, clean, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources; write SQL; maintain databases; build dashboards, reports, and KPIs; investigate discrepancies and integration failures; support migrations and data pipelines; and provide UK/Europe clients with data-related support. The role also requires documenting incidents, explaining technical findings to non-technical stakeholders, monitoring processing jobs, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Program Management.
