Design, build, and maintain backend services using Java/Spring Boot and cloud infrastructure. Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, ETL/data pipelines, tests, and CI/CD. Improve performance, reliability, and security, triage production issues, participate in architecture, and help onboard and mentor team members.

Serve as primary technical contact for clients: troubleshoot front-end/back-end issues, analyze logs, isolate root causes, communicate with Engineering/Product teams, produce documentation, provide configuration/training, and support on-call incident response to ensure platform reliability and customer satisfaction.

Lead IT-focused and cross-organizational internal audits: plan risk assessments, test IT general and automated controls, document controls, identify gaps, recommend remediation, and present findings to management.
