Support commercial credit underwriters by preparing financial statement spreads, analyzing trends, assisting credit memoranda, monitoring borrower performance and covenants, conducting industry research, summarizing loan documentation, and learning bank credit policies, systems, and ancillary products to support relationship growth and cross-sell opportunities.

Provide phone and email client support for Treasury Management products, resolve issues, fulfill service requests, coach and supervise client support staff, ensure SLAs/KPIs and compliance with bank policy and NACHA rules, train clients and employees, assist with system testing and migrations, and act as an escalation point for complex client issues.
