Manages and expands a commercial real estate client portfolio, develops new business, structures and prices lending and deposit relationships, analyzes credit requests, presents loans for approval, closes transactions, monitors compliance and risk grades, and cross-sells banking services. The role also mentors less experienced lenders, manages direct reports, supports client service, and participates in community activities.

Provides HR administrative and operational support, including leave of absence, workplace accommodation, workers’ compensation, employee records, HRIS audits, reporting, benefits and policy inquiries, termination documentation, training compliance, invoice reconciliation, events, and HR projects. The role manages sensitive employee information, supports regulatory compliance, and serves as a resource for employees and the Human Resources Department.
