Perform accounts payable tasks including vendor setup, invoice and expense report processing, imaging and record retention, payment accuracy review, vendor communications, and adherence to bank policies and controls.

Prepare timely, accurate accounting entries, reconciliations, and reports; perform variance analysis during monthly close; manage prepaid/accrued expenses, fixed assets, investments, intercompany accounts, and recurring entries; assist audits, regulatory requests, and research reconciliation discrepancies while maintaining controls and confidentiality.

Perform complex internal audit assignments to test key controls, document processes, interview bank personnel, and execute test plans. Ensure compliance with internal audit standards, laws, and bank policies; uphold ethics and CRA participation. Work autonomously, may lead solo engagements, and support other audit duties as assigned.
