Design, build, and commission robotic automation solutions: create proofs of concept, program robots and PLCs, wire and integrate fixtures/IO/PLCs, train customers, troubleshoot on-site, run demos, and feed field learnings back to engineering teams.

Design and own automated test suites and hardware-in-the-loop infrastructure for controls and industrial integration. Exercise industrial protocols (Modbus, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, PROFINET), build PLC/protocol simulators and safety-system validation, and collaborate with software and applications engineers to validate integrations in real time. Deliver maintainable test code, fixtures, and reviews for protocol compliance and CI/CD pipelines.

Own technical pre-sales for integration-heavy opportunities, scope turn-key robotic solutions, co-own deal close, then manage projects from contract award through Site Acceptance Testing, coordinating engineering, timelines, budgets, change orders, and customer expectations.

The Regional Sales Manager will develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the manufacturing and logistics sectors.

The Senior Software Engineer will architect and build core factory systems, develop APIs for robotic interfaces, ensure production reliability, and collaborate with teams to translate workflows into software.

Provide technical support for robotic systems, helping customers troubleshoot issues, collaborate with teams, and document solutions. Maintain knowledge base and improve support processes while achieving KPIs.
