Provide high-trust executive support to the President: manage calendar, travel, meeting prep, agendas, and follow-ups; organize documents and track deadlines; coordinate cross-functional meetings, board prep, offsites and events; and, while on-site at Glen Cove, greet visitors, support team events, and handle light office coordination and supplies.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Standard Bots’ manufacturing organization, from outbound sourcing and multi-stage outreach through interviews, offers, and closing. Hire across hourly production, skilled trades, manufacturing engineering, quality, and plant leadership roles. Partner with manufacturing leaders on scorecards, leveling, compensation benchmarks, and interview design; maintain ATS data in Ashby; optimize recruiting messaging and processes; and deliver a strong candidate experience in a fast-growing startup environment.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll lead the development of motion planning services, mentor other engineers, and drive impactful technical projects in robotics.
