Support secretarial and compliance activities across group entities, including board and shareholder meetings, minutes, statutory registers, MCA filings, fundraising documentation, corporate actions, FEMA and RBI reporting, audits, inspections, and regulatory updates. The role requires strong knowledge of the Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, drafting, deadline management, and office productivity tools.

Provides legal and regulatory advice for financial products, product launches, customer journeys, contracts, fundraising, and regulated activities. Partners with product, business, technology, compliance, marketing, and leadership teams; supports regulatory inspections and notices; oversees strategic commercial contracting; manages external counsel; and supervises junior legal professionals.

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger maintenance, monthly and annual closures, receivables, payables, collections, bank and payment reconciliations, and statutory compliance. Support GST and TDS filings, maintain audit-ready documentation, coordinate with auditors and external chartered accountants, and reinforce financial controls and approval processes.

Own new-user acquisition across paid and organic channels, optimize the conversion funnel, identify drop-offs, and build CRM lifecycle journeys through first transaction. Partner with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Analytics teams to improve activation, conversion, cross-sell, and measurable business outcomes.

The Entrepreneur in Residence will identify and resolve high-leverage problems within the category, oversee execution, and enhance user journeys while collaborating with category leads and synthesizing findings.

Own monthly transacting users and customer lifetime value by improving acquisition, conversion, retention, reactivation, frequency, and cross-sell. The role requires cohort and funnel analysis, product nudges, metric governance, hypothesis-driven experimentation, and cross-functional execution across marketing, communications, merchandising, product, and category teams. The General Manager will define LTV frameworks, track performance trends, develop solutions, manage trade-offs, and drive outcomes in an ambiguous consumer technology environment.

Manage and grow a portfolio of investors in fixed-income products (FDs, bonds, NCDs). Advise clients on financial goals, drive activation and repeat investments, handle end-to-end client queries, collaborate with product and business teams on feedback, and meet monthly AUM growth and retention targets.

Make outbound calls to promote Fixed Deposits and bonds, educate prospects, recommend suitable plans, handle objections, maintain CRM records, follow up to close sales, and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets while staying updated on products and market trends.
