Our platform lets users book FDs without opening a savings account, access instant withdrawals, invest in short-term instruments (including 7-day FDs), and discover curated fixed-income portfolios through a digital experience designed around speed and clarity. We are deepening direct partnerships with banks and NBFCs, building on-ground presence in key cities, and expanding into adjacent savings products — all while maintaining the trust-first approach that has defined us since day one.

Saurabh Jain is an IIT Bombay graduate who previously served as CEO of Navi Mutual Fund and led Swiggy's expansion into 500+ cities.

Harish Reddy, also an IIT Bombay graduate, brings deep expertise in wealth product strategy, having led product strategy and tech implementation at Estee Advisors.

Together, they bring extensive experience in wealth-tech businesses and complement each other in building a scalable, value-accretive business.

1. Role Purpose

To serve as the lead legal advisor for product governance, contracts and fund raise matters across the Company's regulated and financial services businesses, including Fixed Deposits,  Credit Cards and other New Initiatives.

The role will partner closely with business, product, technology, marketing and leadership teams to structure products, assess regulatory implications, support strategic initiatives and provide commercially practical legal advice.

1. Key Responsibilities

Product Advisory & Structuring

• Provide end-to-end legal support for existing and new products.

• Advise on product design, launches, enhancements and lifecycle changes.

• Review customer journeys, product flows and platform features from a legal and regulatory perspective.

• Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks associated with product offerings.

• Support expansion into new product lines and regulated activities.

Regulatory Legal Advisory

• Interpret and advise on applicable laws, regulations, circulars and regulatory guidance issued by SEBI, RBI, and other relevant regulators.

• Advise business teams on implementation of regulatory changes vis-a-vis product interface.

• Support regulatory inspections, audits and supervisory reviews.

• Assist with responses to regulatory notices, observations and queries.

Fund Raise 

• Provide legal support on fund-raise working closely with external legal counsel.

• Ability to run due diligence, negotiations and closing actions.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a strategic legal partner to Product, Business, Compliance and Operations teams.

• Provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions while maintaining regulatory compliance.

• Liaise with external counsel and industry bodies where required.

Oversight of Commercial Contracting

• Provide guidance on high-value and strategic commercial arrangements.

• Establish templates, playbooks and contracting standards.

Team Management

• Supervise junior legal resources.

• Review legal advice, contract reviews and regulatory analyses prepared by junior team members.

• Build legal knowledge repositories and internal guidance notes.

1. Experience & Qualifications

Experience

• 6–7 years of post-qualification experience;

• Strong first principles thinking and problem-solving mindset;

• Strong stakeholder management skillset and people manager skillset;

• Experience in fintech, stock broking, mutual funds, banking, NBFCs or financial services is preferred but not mandatory;

• Mix of experience in in-house roles and corporate role in law firms would be preferred;

• Strong exposure to product advisory and regulatory legal matters is preferred;

Education

• LL.B. from a recognised university.

• Additional qualifications such as CS, CFA or MBA would be advantageous.

• Prior experience in law firms (in a tech media or telecom team or corporate team) or as in-house counsel in financial services is preferred.
