Owns Delhi’s end-to-end P&L, investment growth, B2C and channel sales, partner development, customer acquisition, and field-team performance. The role requires building local market coverage, managing IFAs, DSAs, wealth advisors, and other partners, leading 5–10 sales representatives, driving investment targets, maintaining CRM and funnel discipline, and ensuring KYC/AML/PMLA compliance. The Cluster Head also oversees city-level unit economics, reporting, customer experience, campaigns, hiring, coaching, and operational execution, with 70–80% field presence.

Meet customers in person, understand their savings goals, recommend suitable fixed-income and investment products, and guide them through the app. Generate local leads, build trust-based relationships, follow up to convert prospects, support existing customers, encourage referrals, maintain customer records, and coordinate with the city team. This is a field-based role requiring local travel, strong communication, and customer-focused relationship building.

Lead a team of 15–20 field Relationship Managers across Patna and the state, owning customer acquisition, retained AUM, referrals, activations, and team productivity. Coach RMs through the sales funnel, personally close key customers, organize community events, hire and onboard team members, and maintain compliance, CRM, quality-control, and reporting standards. The role requires extensive travel, local-language fluency, hands-on field selling, and strong people-management skills.
