Provides legal and regulatory advice for financial products, product launches, customer journeys, contracts, fundraising, and regulated activities. Partners with product, business, technology, compliance, marketing, and leadership teams; supports regulatory inspections and notices; oversees strategic commercial contracting; manages external counsel; and supervises junior legal professionals.
