Consult on payments, POS, business management, and banking tools; identify technical solutions, negotiate contracts, and coordinate cross-functional execution. Act as customer advocate and deliver white-glove service to grow revenue and inform product and operations for the segment.

Drive the full sales cycle with UK SMB/MM merchants: prospect, present value-based solutions, close deals, and coordinate onboarding with cross-functional teams to exceed targets. Build pipeline, collaborate with Product/Marketing, and use Salesforce to manage opportunities.
