Lead global referral and growth partnerships to drive seller acquisition. Define partnership strategy, source and negotiate complex commercial agreements, launch and scale integrations, manage C-level relationships, measure KPIs, and build a high-performing partnerships team across markets.

Lead and localise partner marketing programs in the UK to drive leads, self-onboards, and partner product attach. Own partner relationships, execute campaigns across events, digital, content and co-marketing, track performance, and manage industry, retail, supplier, and card-scheme partnerships (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
