Provides on-site technology support for field clinicians delivering in-home healthcare. Responsibilities include configuring and shipping device kits, onboarding and offboarding users, Tier 2 troubleshooting, device monitoring, inventory management, repairs, training, documentation, and enforcing security and HIPAA protocols. The role supports mobile devices, diagnostic equipment, connectivity, and device management systems while maintaining clinician readiness and technology uptime across two Atlanta locations.

Supports clinical leaders by managing workforce tracking, payroll compliance follow-up, documentation review, reporting, training and compliance tracking, escalation workflows, audits, and operational documentation. The role maintains dashboards and trackers, prepares workforce reports, supports workflow launches, identifies process inefficiencies, and routes non-clinical issues. It is a remote administrative operations role with no clinical, patient-facing, care coordination, disciplinary, or performance-management responsibilities.

The role coordinates administrative processes, maintains dashboards and metrics, validates mileage and hours, and supports project milestones while ensuring HIPAA compliance. This is a remote, full-time temporary position without clinical, patient-facing, or care coordination duties.

Conduct routine and focused medical coding audits for compliance, accuracy, and quality. Review medical records, claims, and provider documentation for ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifier accuracy. Identify errors and trends, prepare audit reports, maintain tracking and productivity metrics, support internal and external audits, and educate coders and providers. The role also requires staying current with CMS, AAPC, AHIMA, OIG, payer, and HCC guidelines while protecting patient data and working independently in a fully remote setting.

Build and own backend and full-stack systems for partner integrations and patient access. Design scalable platform capabilities for multi-state healthcare programs, convert partner requirements into reusable systems, collaborate with product, data, operations, and clinical teams, and lead projects from architecture through rollout. The role also includes shaping technical direction and mentoring engineers.

Design and maintain billing data systems that reconcile patient engagement data, codify auditable billing logic in BigQuery SQL, automate data cleanup with Python or Google Sheets scripting, and generate accurate, version-controlled invoice files. Investigate mismatches and edge cases, document workflows, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Product to improve billing inputs and processes.

Own the clinical platform strategy and roadmap, including the validated patient record, patient identity, service catalog, composition grammar, and configurable authoring tools. Lead the extended clinical partner network platform, publish and version internal and external contracts, manage migrations and deprecations, and collaborate with clinical, partnerships, AI, engineering, and health plan stakeholders to scale care delivery.

Own the clinical platform foundation, including validated patient records, patient identity, service catalog, composition grammar, authoring tools, and external clinical partner integrations. Define the multi-year product vision and roadmap, create configurable healthcare workflows, version platform contracts, manage migrations and deprecations, and collaborate with clinical, partnerships, AI, engineering, and health-plan stakeholders to expand patient access at scale.

Build actuarial and health-economic models (total cost of care, PMPM, MLR) from claims to project multi-year cost and utilization impacts, quantify uncertainty, support commercial pricing, defend analyses to payer actuaries, partner on causal/expt design, and produce outputs usable for pricing/reserving.

Build and maintain production ML systems: training and inference pipelines, model packaging and serving, feature pipelines, monitoring for drift and degradation, automated retraining, and reproducibility/versioning across data and models.

Provide clinical oversight and guidance to a Georgia Nurse Practitioner, review medical records, support telemedicine compliance, participate in case reviews and clinical audits, and lead quality improvement efforts. The physician will mentor the practitioner through regular check-ins while ensuring adherence to evidence-based protocols, state and federal regulations, and company policies.

Lead high-priority patient operations initiatives end-to-end: diagnose appointment failures, design and run manual pilots, build lightweight models/reports, translate successful workflows into product requirements, roll out processes to frontline teams, and measure impact through recurring QA and cross-functional collaboration.

Drive company-wide AI adoption by embedding with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and build production AI workflows, agents, internal tools, prompt/skill libraries, evaluation frameworks, and safe deployment patterns. Provide training, office hours, and enablement while partnering with security, IT, legal, and clinical stakeholders to ensure PHI-safe guardrails and measure adoption, productivity, and quality improvements.

Convert ambiguous healthcare and operational problems into well-scoped ML/AI, ranking, optimization, NLP, or LLM tasks; build and evaluate models, run error analysis, design honest evaluations, partner with engineering and clinical stakeholders, and productionize reliable models with clear communication of tradeoffs and limitations.

Own and build canonical data models and metric definitions using dbt and cloud warehouses. Create tests, documentation, lineage, and data quality checks; reconcile metrics across teams and payer customers; partner with analysts, data scientists, product, engineering, and finance; optimize warehouse performance, cost, and PHI-aware access patterns.
