Provide in-home phlebotomy, specimen collection, and low-acuity diagnostic services, including diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs. Travel independently to patient homes, build compassionate patient relationships, document care using mobile technology, label samples, and coordinate laboratory drop-offs. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, safety, and quality while managing supplies, PPE, and unexpected challenges.

Design and maintain billing data systems that reconcile patient engagement data, codify auditable billing logic in BigQuery SQL, automate data cleanup with Python or Google Sheets scripting, and generate accurate, version-controlled invoice files. Investigate mismatches and edge cases, document workflows, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Product to improve billing inputs and processes.

Recruit clinical and operations candidates in a high-volume, fully remote environment. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, managing requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, pipeline development, background checks, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, ATS maintenance, compliance monitoring, and using recruiting metrics to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
