Provide high-touch executive support to the CEO, COO, and CRO: manage complex calendars, prepare briefings, coordinate travel, handle Board and investor logistics, plan events and offsites, track action items, and drive cross-functional coordination. Maintain confidentiality, improve processes, and support special projects in a fast-paced startup environment (hybrid role with at least three days/week in Menlo Park).

Part-time (20-25 hrs/wk) on-site Office Manager supporting San Francisco office: oversee daily operations, reception, vendor management, supplies, mail, and event planning to create a welcoming office experience.

Design, maintain, and automate billing data pipelines: reconcile clinical sources, codify billing logic in BigQuery SQL, clean inputs with Python or Sheets scripting, produce version-controlled invoices, identify and fix data gaps, and document workflows while partnering with Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Product.
