Provides on-site technology support for field clinicians delivering in-home healthcare. Responsibilities include configuring and shipping device kits, onboarding and offboarding users, Tier 2 troubleshooting, device monitoring, inventory management, repairs, training, documentation, and enforcing security and HIPAA protocols. The role supports mobile devices, diagnostic equipment, connectivity, and device management systems while maintaining clinician readiness and technology uptime across two Atlanta locations.

Engages patients through high-volume inbound and outbound calls, educates them about ordered at-home healthcare services, schedules appointments, answers questions, and escalates concerns. The role requires approximately 150–200 outbound calls and 80–100 patient conversations daily, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and proficiency with EHR and healthcare software. Zendesk and Five9 experience are preferred.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to patients, answer questions, educate them about in-home healthcare services, build trust, and schedule appointments. Review inbound requests, manage phone, email, and chat communications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, resolve patient concerns, and escalate issues when needed. The role requires healthcare call center experience, EHR proficiency, and strong communication skills.
