Lead and develop a US and offshore accounting team to deliver accurate monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, intercompany and payroll accounting, SOX compliance, SAP-based journal entries and analyses, continuous process improvements, and support audits and statutory reporting under IFRS.

Produce detailed, to-scale mechanical and electrical system designs (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, power, controls) using AutoCAD/Revit/BIM. Translate sketches into construction documents, read and verify plans, perform site visits/surveys, maintain records, and coordinate with design teams while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Develop detailed electrical engineering and construction drawings (one-line diagrams, conduit/cable layouts, grounding, lighting/power, MCC/switchgear, panel schedules) using AutoCAD/AutoCAD Electrical/Revit/BIM. Translate field sketches and vendor data into construction documents, perform field verification and site visits, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and vendors, maintain drawing logs and as-built documentation, and support projects from concept through construction.

Manage and coordinate import/export shipments, ensure compliance with Mexican Customs Law, USMCA/T-MEC and IMMEX where applicable. Review and approve customs documentation, maintain HS classifications and valuation records, work with customs brokers and carriers, resolve clearance issues, support audits, and advise internal stakeholders on trade compliance.

Lead regulatory and certification activities for engineered products, ensuring compliance with FM, ATEX, CE and related standards. Develop certification strategies, translate standards into design/test requirements, manage documentation and external certification bodies, conduct regulatory reviews and training, and support audits to enable global product launches and lifecycle compliance.

Provide HR administrative support for benefits enrollment and administration, leave and workers' compensation coordination, unemployment claim response, drug screening and travel coordination; maintain benefit records and vendor relationships and assist in benefits communications and open enrollment.

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. Maintain project schedules, risk logs, and communications; coordinate resources and stakeholders; monitor performance, identify risks, recommend mitigations, and provide regular updates.
