Leads finance and accounting for a manufacturing plant, including financial planning, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, financial close, reporting, internal controls, audits, and compliance with US GAAP and Mexican statutory requirements. Oversees IMMEX/maquiladora accounting, customs-related controls, VAT certification, transfer pricing, working capital, capital investment analysis, and development of the plant finance team.

Lead and develop a US and offshore accounting team to deliver accurate monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, intercompany and payroll accounting, SOX compliance, SAP-based journal entries and analyses, continuous process improvements, and support audits and statutory reporting under IFRS.

Manage daily payroll and time administration for multi-state union and non-union hourly employees. Responsibilities include reviewing time records, processing payroll, reconciling reports, handling garnishments, coding hours to cost centers, maintaining time-off records, resolving discrepancies, ensuring compliance with pay rules and prevailing wage regulations, and supporting employees and managers.

Oversee and improve cement plant process flows: schedule and lead flow studies and improvement projects, analyze shutdowns, supervise staff and contractors, support maintenance and automation, enforce safety and environmental policies, and fill in for production management as needed.

Manage day-to-day supply chain execution including planning, inventory control, logistics, and order fulfillment. Ensure timely deliveries, optimize inventory and working capital, monitor KPIs, mitigate operational risks, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Manage supplier and customer relationships, negotiate purchase and sales agreements, control inventory and price risk, own P&L for allocated products, forecast and budget, guide Sales Managers, identify market and low-carbon opportunities, and collaborate with Americas, Europe, and Asia to grow product volume and profitability.

Produce mechanical and electrical system designs (plumbing, HVAC, lighting, power, controls) for industrial, municipal, educational, and commercial projects. Convert sketches to AutoCAD/Revit/BIM, create accurate scaled construction documents, read and interpret plans, maintain records, and collaborate with engineers and technicians under supervision while meeting project deadlines.

Design, code, test, and debug embedded firmware for spray, dispensing, coating and finishing control systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, integrate firmware with hardware, perform code reviews, develop automated tests, manage version control and releases, and document designs to ensure reliable, high-performance electronic control solutions.

Produce detailed, to-scale mechanical and electrical system designs (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, power, controls) using AutoCAD/Revit/BIM. Translate sketches into construction documents, read and verify plans, perform site visits/surveys, maintain records, and coordinate with design teams while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Develop detailed electrical engineering and construction drawings (one-line diagrams, conduit/cable layouts, grounding, lighting/power, MCC/switchgear, panel schedules) using AutoCAD/AutoCAD Electrical/Revit/BIM. Translate field sketches and vendor data into construction documents, perform field verification and site visits, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and vendors, maintain drawing logs and as-built documentation, and support projects from concept through construction.

Manage and coordinate import/export shipments, ensure compliance with Mexican Customs Law, USMCA/T-MEC and IMMEX where applicable. Review and approve customs documentation, maintain HS classifications and valuation records, work with customs brokers and carriers, resolve clearance issues, support audits, and advise internal stakeholders on trade compliance.

Design, develop, and implement electronic control systems for spray, dispensing, coating, and finishing equipment. Create schematics, BOMs, CODESYS software, and test methods. Lead design reviews, product start-up, vendor quality resolution, and ensure ISO compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting product launches and training.

Lead regulatory and certification activities for engineered products, ensuring compliance with FM, ATEX, CE and related standards. Develop certification strategies, translate standards into design/test requirements, manage documentation and external certification bodies, conduct regulatory reviews and training, and support audits to enable global product launches and lifecycle compliance.

Provide HR administrative support for benefits enrollment and administration, leave and workers' compensation coordination, unemployment claim response, drug screening and travel coordination; maintain benefit records and vendor relationships and assist in benefits communications and open enrollment.

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. Maintain project schedules, risk logs, and communications; coordinate resources and stakeholders; monitor performance, identify risks, recommend mitigations, and provide regular updates. Promote consistent methodologies and continuous improvement.

Drive territory sales for ready-mix products by developing and executing annual business plans, preparing proposals and pricing, building customer relationships, tracking market trends, coordinating mix submittals and plant/dispatch/quality, maintaining sales records and reports, supporting marketing, and attending industry events.

Lead electrical engineering design for large municipal, water/wastewater, refinery, and manufacturing projects. Perform load calculations and system modeling, develop specifications and sequences for relays, PLCs, and building automation, coordinate with vendors and multidisciplinary teams, review submittals, respond to RFIs, perform field verification and site observations, and manage engineering team activities and client communication.

Lead commissioning project delivery from scope definition through closeout, ensuring QA/QC, schedule, budget, and technical coordination. Conduct site visits, perform engineering studies, coordinate contractors and disciplines, and serve as client primary contact. Mentor junior staff and ensure project profitability and documentation.

Produce mechanical and electrical system designs (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, power, controls) for commercial, municipal, educational, and industrial buildings using AutoCAD/Revit/BIM. Translate sketches into scaled construction drawings, read and interpret plans, perform site visits and surveys, maintain records, meet project deadlines, and collaborate with design teams on multiple concurrent projects.

Design and implement refinery mechanical projects: coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients; respond to RFIs and review submittals; perform site visits, vendor/spec reviews, field verifications, take-offs, cost estimates, scheduling, and project management. Apply rotating equipment, PSV sizing, piping and pressure vessel codes (ASME), pipe stress analysis (Caesar II), and pump/compressor sizing.
