Accountant I maintains financial records, performs reconciliations, prepares journal entries and financial reports, and supports general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, capital asset, and fund accounting. The role specializes in grant accounting, including tracking expenditures, monitoring compliance and funding balances, preparing grant reports, maintaining documentation, resolving discrepancies, and supporting audits. It also provides technical accounting assistance while ensuring adherence to GAAP, organizational policies, grant agreements, and applicable regulations.

Leads precast concrete product design, technical documentation, product approvals, structural code compliance, customer support, and field issue resolution. Oversees environmental and regulatory compliance, facility permitting, site development, and coordination with government agencies. Represents the company in industry organizations and technical committees while collaborating with manufacturing, quality, sales, operations, architects, engineers, and building officials.

Develops and maintains automation systems in a manufacturing plant, including PLC and HMI programs, process servers, and process networks. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, integrating new equipment and processes, supporting plant IT systems, improving reliability and production efficiency, training maintenance employees, and communicating controls changes to production personnel. Safety, policy compliance, and cross-department collaboration are also required.
