Supervise and provide technical direction for design changes supporting Extended Power Uprate projects at Plant Hatch. Manage design quality, interfaces, schedules, budgets, and personnel development; coordinate specialty engineering inputs; ensure design basis documentation and compliance with corporate and plant procedures; liaise with fleet project teams. Provide technical and program management support for NERC standards compliance across conventional and renewable generation. Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and plant personnel, support technical issues, participate in industry drafting teams, train and coordinate generating facilities, and develop SME expertise for assigned standards.

Lead workforce development strategies and programs to build talent pipelines for craft, labor, and technical roles. Manage a workforce development team, coordinate training with colleges and partners, develop new programs, measure impact, and build relationships with business units, education providers, labor and government partners to support long-term hiring needs.

Lead market strategy and intelligence for natural gas customer segments. Develop growth and retention strategies, run competitive analysis and customer segmentation, build business cases and forecasts, create Power BI dashboards and marketing materials, track KPIs, manage projects, and collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to drive customer acquisition and program effectiveness.

Support planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of transmission line and substation capital projects in Georgia. Coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, and supply chain; manage documentation, schedules, budgets, risks, change processes, meetings, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely project delivery and continuous improvement.

Serve as Georgia Power's regional workforce development lead for Metro East and Metro South, building employer and community partnerships, aligning training with employer demand, coordinating education and training partners, sharing labor market insights, helping secure external funding, tracking outcomes, and reporting recommendations to leadership.

Provide administrative and logistical support to the Network Underground Services team: reception, timekeeping, purchase requisitions in Maximo, expense reports in Oracle, meeting coordination, vendor/invoice support, facility and fleet tracking, call-out list and ARCOS management, mail distribution, ad hoc reporting, and storm/incident logistics support.

Design, analyze, and sustain electrical and control systems for long-term plant reliability. Perform root cause analyses, develop corrective actions and design modifications, support upgrades, prepare engineering documentation, and lead system ownership and outage assignments while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.

Provide white-glove executive technical support and advanced end-user support: proactive device management, meeting/AV readiness and live troubleshooting, device lifecycle and break-fix, escalate complex incidents, drive automation/process improvements, mentor juniors, and support after-hours and critical operations. Design, implement, and support enterprise SCADA systems and RTU communications. Research architecture standards, perform root cause analysis, monitor solutions to minimize outages, assist acquisitions and capacity planning, and provide 24x7 on-call technical support while coordinating with business partners and vendors.

Manage the Dig/Integrity Verification Program for gas distribution: evaluate pipeline records and assets, ensure compliance with PHMSA/ASME standards, coordinate digs and NDT, support designs, track projects (schedule/budget), and collaborate across construction, GIS, integrity, and operations to deliver compliant engineering solutions.

Design, build, and maintain KPIs, dashboards, automated reports, and BI solutions to improve project controls visibility. Analyze large datasets, ensure data quality and governance, support Cost/Schedule/Risk/Change functions, provide forecasting and ad hoc analysis, and collaborate across teams to drive adoption and process improvements.

Lead and coordinate transmission line and substation capital construction projects in Georgia. Oversee project lifecycle from development through closeout, manage budgets, schedules, risk and change control, coordinate design/engineering/procurement/construction, communicate status to stakeholders, and ensure safety and quality.

Provide cultural resources consultation, permitting, and compliance support for Georgia Power projects. Conduct archival research, determine survey needs, oversee archaeological and historic investigations, coordinate with agencies and tribes, manage consultants, and develop mitigation or avoidance strategies to ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead product quantitative analytics for structured energy products by developing, back-testing and implementing customer-level demand forecasts and ML models. Oversee algorithms, provide FOM and YTG forecasts, deliver analytical insights and presentations, support audits, mentor team members, and drive process improvements to expand structured product offerings across markets.
