Operate and administer the Dell Cyber Recovery Vault and related backup/recovery systems. Maintain CyberSense analytics, validate backups/replication, administer Linux and VMware recovery infrastructure, ensure isolated vault networking/security, run recovery tests, document runbooks, and coordinate remediation and change activities.

Lead communications, digital literacy, and end-user adoption for technology initiatives. Create content (emails, SharePoint articles, videos, guides), run events and training, manage SharePoint sites, partner with stakeholders, track adoption metrics, and continuously improve engagement and usability.

Design, document, and support Southern Company's fiber optic and optical transport infrastructure (long-haul, OSP, dark fiber). Perform field route assessments, produce engineering packages, validate test results, maintain GIS records, manage dark fiber leases, support DWDM/Nokia/SEL platforms, and lead incident recovery and vendor coordination across projects and operations.

Support financial planning, analysis, regulatory and budgeting for Southern Company subsidiaries by maintaining UI Solutions models, training users, improving processes, building forecasts and sensitivity analyses, and communicating results to stakeholders.

Provide transactional contract and sourcing support for Power Delivery: supplier registration and compliance, PO/PR/RFQ processing, Maximo contract and document management, draft low-risk contract documents, assist with insurance and signature workflows, generate reports, and support ad-hoc projects while maintaining data and stakeholder coordination.

Prepare, develop, and maintain site O&M budgets; analyze expenditures and monthly projections; track labor, requisitions, materials, procurement card and expense activity; communicate budget results to management; support fleet standardization, benchmarking, process improvements, and special financial analyses.

Lead a payroll sub-team to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and compliance. Oversee work distribution, review time, coach staff, support PeopleSoft/Oracle HCM processes, drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Provide project-level cost performance analysis and forecasting for a distribution capital portfolio. Perform EACs, variance analysis, budget development, KPI monitoring, ad hoc and standard reporting from financial/project systems, and recommend funding or mitigation strategies while supporting cross-functional stakeholders.

Provide white-glove executive technical support and advanced end-user support: proactive device management, meeting/AV readiness and live troubleshooting, device lifecycle and break-fix, escalate complex incidents, drive automation/process improvements, mentor juniors, and support after-hours and critical operations. Onsite four days weekly in Virginia Beach.

Lead workforce development strategies and programs to build talent pipelines for craft, labor, and technical roles. Manage a workforce development team, coordinate training with colleges and partners, develop new programs, measure impact, and build relationships with business units, education providers, labor and government partners to support long-term hiring needs.

Provide administrative and logistical support to the Network Underground Services team: reception, timekeeping, purchase requisitions in Maximo, expense reports in Oracle, meeting coordination, vendor/invoice support, facility and fleet tracking, call-out list and ARCOS management, mail distribution, ad hoc reporting, and storm/incident logistics support.

Design, build, and maintain KPIs, dashboards, automated reports, and BI solutions to improve project controls visibility. Analyze large datasets, ensure data quality and governance, support Cost/Schedule/Risk/Change functions, provide forecasting and ad hoc analysis, and collaborate across teams to drive adoption and process improvements.

Lead market strategy and intelligence for natural gas customer segments. Develop growth and retention strategies, run competitive analysis and customer segmentation, build business cases and forecasts, create Power BI dashboards and marketing materials, track KPIs, manage projects, and collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to drive customer acquisition and program effectiveness.
