Maintain and configure the energyENGINE data warehouse, ensuring data integrity for program, participation, and financial reporting. Operate and administer the Dell Cyber Recovery Vault and related backup/recovery systems. Maintain CyberSense analytics, validate backups/replication, administer Linux and VMware recovery infrastructure, ensure isolated vault networking/security, run recovery tests, document runbooks, and coordinate remediation and change activities.

Lead communications, digital literacy, and end-user adoption for technology initiatives. Create content (emails, SharePoint articles, videos, guides), run events and training, manage SharePoint sites, partner with stakeholders, track adoption metrics, and continuously improve engagement and usability.

Design, document, and support Southern Company's fiber optic and optical transport infrastructure (long-haul, OSP, dark fiber). Perform field route assessments, produce engineering packages, validate test results, maintain GIS records, manage dark fiber leases, support DWDM/Nokia/SEL platforms, and lead incident recovery and vendor coordination across projects and operations.

Support financial planning, analysis, regulatory and budgeting for Southern Company subsidiaries by maintaining UI Solutions models, training users, improving processes, building forecasts and sensitivity analyses, and communicating results to stakeholders.

Lead strategy, implementation, operations, and continuous improvement for AMI and MDM systems supporting ~2.8M meters. Manage AMI head-end, 700+ base stations, Oracle C2M integrations, storm response, vendor/contracts, budget, and a 22-person team. Coordinate enterprise alignment across Southern Company, drive AMI/MDM analytics and PD Cloud integration, and represent the company in industry forums.

Lead and manage the Distribution Engineering Best Practices team to ensure compliance with engineering standards, oversee tool evaluation and onboarding, support standards documentation and training development, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement, safety, and professional development across distribution engineering and construction.
