Lead strategy, implementation, operations, and continuous improvement for AMI and MDM systems supporting ~2.8M meters. Manage AMI head-end, 700+ base stations, Oracle C2M integrations, storm response, vendor/contracts, budget, and a 22-person team. Coordinate enterprise alignment across Southern Company, drive AMI/MDM analytics and PD Cloud integration, and represent the company in industry forums.

Plan and execute company-hosted events and sponsorship activations for major commercial customers and stakeholders. Manage ticketing programs, event logistics, budgets, timelines, guest lists, programming, and event software. Coordinate with senior leadership and internal partners to design event experiences, support relationship-building, and ensure projects are on schedule and on budget.

Lead development of transmission line and substation capital projects in Georgia from origination through budget approval. Manage scoping, conceptual design, outage planning, budgets, schedules, risk, change management, stakeholder communication, and post-project reviews for multi‑million dollar projects.
