Support Investment Recovery by processing vendor settlement statements, distributing and posting sales payments, reconciling accounts, documenting sales in Excel, coordinating vehicle/equipment pickups and bidder logistics, generating monthly revenue reports, maintaining records, and managing compliance and office supplies.

Lead support, configuration and growth of Oracle HCM solutions (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence). Manage second-tier support, integrations, releases and vendor relationships. Partner with HR COEs and IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions, drive process improvements, manage projects and a team, and use analytics (SQL/Excel) for data-driven decisions.

Provide budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting for Southern Company Services. Coordinate annual budgets, cost projections, and affiliate rate case support. Advise managers on GAAP and accounting policies, ensure internal control compliance, consolidate roll-up reporting, and support special projects while maintaining relationships across business units.
