Support Investment Recovery by processing vendor settlement statements, distributing and posting sales payments, reconciling accounts, documenting sales in Excel, coordinating vehicle/equipment pickups and bidder logistics, generating monthly revenue reports, maintaining records, and managing compliance and office supplies.

Maintain and configure the energyENGINE data warehouse, ensuring data integrity for program, participation, and financial reporting. Oversee data uploads and reconciliations (including 1099/STARS), manage automated savings calculations, administer Salesforce and SharePoint, develop SQL queries and Power BI reports, support ETL/SSIS processes, coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and vendors, and lead process improvements to enhance data quality and reporting compliance.

Lead support, configuration and growth of Oracle HCM solutions (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence). Manage second-tier support, integrations, releases and vendor relationships. Partner with HR COEs and IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions, drive process improvements, manage projects and a team, and use analytics (SQL/Excel) for data-driven decisions.
