Provide cultural resources consultation, permitting, and compliance support for Georgia Power projects. Conduct archival research, determine survey needs, oversee archaeological and historic investigations, coordinate with agencies and tribes, manage consultants, and develop mitigation or avoidance strategies to ensure regulatory compliance.

Provide administrative support to Regulatory and Transactional Legal Teams: manage calendars, meetings, travel, expense and timekeeping (Oracle), prepare and maintain documents, coordinate events/onboarding, manage files and confidential information, liaise with attorneys/partners/vendors, and support process improvements. Requires in-office presence four days/week and occasional after-hours availability.

Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, providing strategic consulting on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, compensation, succession, employee development, and employee relations. Build relationships with leaders, advise on HR policies, support talent and development initiatives, partner on people projects, analyze HR data to identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve culture and business outcomes.
