The Project Coordinator supports project management by maintaining tracking systems, coordinating meetings, managing resources, and ensuring project success.

Support the WSP Program Coordinator in delivering relapse-prevention and early recovery services. Supervise Resident Support Specialists, coordinate program activities, ensure policy compliance, maintain records and budgets, facilitate crisis intervention and conflict resolution, provide basic counseling and therapeutic rapport, assist with medication administration, and promote staff development. Must work evenings and weekends.

Lead system-wide organizational development initiatives to strengthen workforce capability, culture, leadership development, change management, and performance. Partner with leaders and HR to assess organizational health, design OD interventions, deliver training and coaching, develop metrics, and provide on-site support across geographically dispersed SEARHC communities.

The Orthopedic Surgeon provides surgical and consultative orthopedic services to patients, oversees surgical teams, and ensures high-quality patient care throughout the surgical process.

Provide independent anesthesia care in a rural hospital setting, including pre-anesthetic evaluation, administration and management of anesthetics, airway and life‑support management, regional anesthesia, emergency airway response, and education. Work scheduled in 1–2 week intermittent blocks across Sitka and Juneau.

Provide independent CRNA anesthesia and procedural sedation across general surgery and common specialties in Sitka and Juneau on intermittent block schedules. Perform pre-sedation evaluation, administer and manage anesthetics and airways, deliver regional and procedural sedation, participate in quality assurance, and collaborate with medical leadership. Travel and temporary housing provided.

Provides direct patient care in a rural ambulatory clinic across all ages. Performs advanced clinical tasks (nebulizer treatments, cast removal, DM foot screening, 12-lead EKGs, POCT), rooming, vitals, specimen collection, charting, equipment maintenance, inventory, infection control, patient education, and administrative support to maximize clinic flow and provider efficiency.

The Physician - Ophthalmologist provides comprehensive eye care services, including evaluations, surgical procedures, and consultations, while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

The Authorization Specialist obtains and tracks authorizations for patient services, verifies insurance benefits, and collaborates with staff for efficient patient care and reimbursement.

Responsible for managing safety programs, ensuring compliance, conducting inspections, and leading health and safety activities across multiple facilities.

The Clinical Assistant provides varied care in a clinic, managing patient flow, assisting with procedures, data management, and ensuring efficient operations.

The Nurse Manager leads the outpatient specialty clinic, improving operations and patient experience, mentoring staff, ensuring compliance, and managing clinic services.

The Clinic Supervisor coordinates daily operations at the optometry clinic, managing staff, ensuring quality care, and optimizing resources. Responsibilities include staff training, budget monitoring, and patient liaison work.

Provides comprehensive general surgical care to inpatients and outpatients, serves as surgical consultant for village providers, covers emergency room duties, performs field visits to remote communities, participates in leadership and medical staff functions, maintains on-call coverage (one-in-two), and ensures preoperative, perioperative, and postoperative patient care.

Coordinate and process travel arrangements and approvals for SEARHC staff, book air/ferry/hotel/car, calculate and reconcile per diem and travel advances, reconcile P-card statements, maintain travel logs, arrange charters, track cancellations/rescheduling, and provide backup travel coordination and additional administrative support.

Perform consortium-wide general accounting and reporting for a non-profit health consortium. Support monthly financial reporting, grant and fixed-asset accounting, external audits, budget activities, process improvements, and stakeholder collaboration across departments and external partners.

Own and drive patient-facing digital product outcomes: define KPIs, lead discovery, translate requirements into prioritized backlog, partner with IT for delivery, align stakeholders, manage change/communications and training, coordinate UAT and go-live, ensure HIPAA-compliant requirements, and run post-release monitoring and continuous improvement.

Provides clinical and administrative support in a rural ambulatory clinic: rooming patients, obtaining vitals and histories, performing POCT and basic procedures (nebulizers, cast removal, EKGs, DM foot screens), charting, stocking supplies, sanitizing rooms, and assisting providers to maintain clinic flow and patient safety.

The Imaging Access Specialist coordinates patient access for diagnostic imaging, including scheduling, insurance authorization, and communication with patients and providers. The role requires attention to detail and strong customer service skills.

The Radiology Technologist II performs diagnostic imaging and sonography, ensuring patient care across various age groups, while maintaining quality assurance and adhering to departmental policies.
