Oversee healthcare data collection, validation, analysis, dashboards, and regulatory reporting for Community Wellness and WISEWOMAN programs. Coordinate grant-funded reimbursement, coding, charge capture, billing workflows, and documentation compliance. Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies, support quality improvement initiatives, and mentor junior data team members. Manage multiple projects, provide reporting guidance, conduct data quality assurance, and occasionally travel.

Provides clinical and administrative support in a rural ambulatory care clinic. Responsibilities include preparing patients, recording vital signs and medical histories, assisting with exams and minor procedures, collecting specimens, conducting point-of-care tests, maintaining rooms and supplies, sanitizing equipment, completing quality assurance checks, updating electronic records, answering phones, processing orders, and supporting patient flow. Works under provider supervision and provides compassionate customer service to patients across all age groups.

Provides centralized operational leadership across pharmacy locations, supporting pharmacy managers and ensuring safe, compliant, efficient clinical pharmacy services. Oversees workflows, staffing, quality improvement, regulatory readiness, pharmacy systems, automation, formulary management, training, medication distribution, and performance monitoring. Provides clinical pharmacy coverage, prescription review, patient counseling, and consultation with prescribers. Requires limited travel to rural pharmacies and clinics and may supervise pharmacy departments.
