Creates print and digital communications, including patient materials, campaigns, presentations, signage, and web graphics. Manages SEARHC’s visual brand, guidelines, templates, and digital asset library while ensuring accessibility and consistency. Provides design guidance to internal teams, supports communications and marketing initiatives, and develops scalable self-service design processes. Collaborates with stakeholders, coordinates with print vendors, and maintains organized, current creative assets.

Serves as the first-line HR business partner for an assigned region, advising leaders on policies, compliance, employee relations, performance management, development, investigations, engagement, and retention. Partners with Learning & Development on training and onboarding, assesses organizational needs, improves HR processes, and supports strategic initiatives across multiple departments and locations.

Provides comprehensive ophthalmology services, including patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, consultations, testing, and eye surgeries. Collaborates with optometrists and healthcare staff, supports quality improvement and education, guides ophthalmology care teams, helps develop policies and service lines, advises on equipment, and refers patients needing higher-level care. May travel to field clinics throughout Southeast Alaska.
