Coordinate day-to-day vehicle logistics for the Cars journey: arrange pickups and deliveries, track movements, liaise with drivers, inspectors, showroom and Operations, resolve delays, maintain accurate records, and support logistics needs.

Lead and scale end-to-end electronics operations including inventory, warehousing, quality inspection, dispatch, and last-mile delivery. Build SOPs, KPIs, dashboards and analytics, integrate AI and automation, manage cross-functional projects, and recruit and develop an operations team to ensure execution and continuous improvement.

Own day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger accuracy in Odoo, perform monthly reconciliations, support month- and year-end close, prepare audit schedules, partner with internal teams to resolve queries, improve ERP workflows, and ensure compliance with local tax/regulatory requirements (e.g., ZATCA, VAT).

Manage and grow bulk vehicle sales across Saudi Arabia by building partnerships with dealerships, delivery companies, driving schools, and ride-hailing platforms. Prospect and target decision-makers, negotiate and close bulk deals, maintain a sales pipeline, coordinate with internal teams for deal execution, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Lead development and deployment of ML models for business decisions, mentor junior members, shape analytics strategies, and ensure model optimization and scalability.
