Own customer support tickets from assignment through resolution for buyers and sellers. Resolve issues using knowledge bases, order data, self-service actions, and refund workflows. The role requires rotational shift and weekend availability.

Manage and grow bulk vehicle sales across Saudi Arabia by building partnerships with dealerships, delivery companies, driving schools, and ride-hailing platforms. Prospect and target decision-makers, negotiate and close bulk deals, maintain a sales pipeline, coordinate with internal teams for deal execution, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Lead development and deployment of ML models for business decisions, mentor junior members, shape analytics strategies, and ensure model optimization and scalability.
