Manage the full customer journey from lead assignment to deal closure: qualify leads, present vehicles, explain inspections and financing, handle objections, maintain CRM records, coordinate with operations teams, meet monthly sales targets, and perform post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
