Own and resolve customer support tickets end-to-end for buyers and sellers. Use knowledge base and internal order data to resolve issues, log accurate notes, trigger refunds where applicable, escalate appropriately, and communicate clearly in Arabic and English while working rotational shifts.

Own and grow relationships with buyer accounts, drive retention and upsell, onboard bulk buyers, coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth order-to-delivery experience, and track account health and performance metrics.
