Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple concurrent roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and drive hiring processes, maintain ATS (Lever) accuracy, ensure excellent candidate experience, and support employer branding.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and weekly cash flow forecasting. Own KPI dashboards and weekly metrics. Perform spend reviews, root-cause variance analysis, unit-economics and scenario modeling using AI/automation. Prepare investor and board materials, maintain fundraising models, support data room prep, manage a finance analyst, and reduce manual reporting through automation.
