Owns end-to-end car operations from intake through handover, leading operations teams across functions and locations. The role manages escalations, capacity, KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, reporting, and process improvement while coordinating with Sales, Supply, Data, Finance, and other stakeholders. It focuses on scaling efficient operations, improving turnaround time and customer experience, and developing team capability.

Own customer support tickets from assignment through resolution for buyers and sellers. Resolve issues using knowledge bases, order data, self-service actions, and refund workflows. Accurately document cases, communicate professionally in Arabic and English, escalate issues outside Tier 1 authority, identify recurring problems, and collaborate with internal teams. The role requires rotational shift and weekend availability.

Analyze automotive inventory, pricing, sales performance, market trends, and competitor data to identify pricing opportunities. Build reports and dashboards, recommend pricing adjustments, monitor inventory health and turnover, and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with Supply, Sales, and Operations teams to improve pricing accuracy, sales performance, and inventory management.
