Lead quality administrator overseeing shop-floor audit compliance, driving continuous quality culture, executing BIQ audits, participating in ISO and customer audits, analyzing customer feedback and quality defects, creating CofC and control limit changes, and partnering cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements.

Support introduction, scale-up, and stabilization of chemical/polymer manufacturing processes and equipment. Lead and expand Quality Management Systems across multiple manufacturing sites and suppliers, ensuring ISO9000/IATF16949 compliance. Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma, SPC/SQC, 8D, DFMEA/PFMEA, audits, corrective actions, and team development to improve first pass quality, reduce COPQ, and support operational and strategic planning.

Lead adoption of Spectra ballistic materials with armor manufacturers, drive regional new product development, define competitive landscape and technology roadmap, collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, sales, supply chain), support customer meetings, trade shows, and draft business proposals to grow Spectra Armor business.

Lead channel partner development, engagement, marketing, and enablement for ESM businesses. Develop and execute partner-facing strategies, campaigns, and enablement resources, support distributor business planning, manage channel marketing budgets, measure program effectiveness, and collaborate cross-functionally to commercialize new products and drive partner adoption and revenue growth.

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept to commercialization, develop NPI strategy and product requirements, manage cross-functional project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk, coordinate prototyping and validation, engage stakeholders and external partners, perform market research and post-launch continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.

Lead advanced statistical analysis and modeling to improve product reliability and process efficiency. Mentor teams, implement SPC and predictive quality control, drive Six Sigma/Lean initiatives, ensure ISO compliance, support audits, and communicate executive-level insights across R&D, engineering, and operations.

Lead routine testing, analysis, and characterization of thermal interface, phase change, wax, foam, fiber, refrigerant and specialty chemical products. Develop and improve analytical methods, support sales/technical service/NPI, manage lab operations (HSE, LIMS, SPC, TPM), introduce new analytical capabilities, outsource services cost-effectively, and collaborate globally for customer issue resolution and manufacturing support.

Lead regional IT/OT service delivery for manufacturing sites: manage on-site infrastructure, vendor performance, ITSM/MOS governance, projects, budgets, and continuous improvement to enable digital transformation and operational excellence.

Lead regional business development and channel management for specialty additives in the asphalt market. Build and execute go-to-market strategies, manage distributor relationships, drive revenue and forecasts, promote brand, and collaborate with internal teams to grow market share.
