Responsibilities include technical leadership, MLOps and LLMOps, enterprise integrations, responsible AI governance, evaluation and observability, cross-functional collaboration, and accelerating applied AI delivery across business functions.

Leads global or regional strategic sourcing for direct raw materials, including category strategy, spend analysis, supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, cost reduction, and supplier performance. Partners cross-functionally to ensure supply continuity, reduce working capital, eliminate sole-source risks, and execute annual and strategic plans. Ensures procurement compliance with company policies and import/export regulations while managing multiple projects and supplier relationships.

Leads research and development of next-generation refrigerants and thermal management systems for mobile air conditioning and electric vehicle heat pump applications. Designs experimental programs, develops simulation models, validates system performance, investigates root causes, and supports commercialization. Provides technical mentorship, collaborates with automotive OEMs and suppliers, participates in SAE standards activities, and contributes to patents, publications, and industry adoption.

Engineering Interns assist with process and solution design, product development, engineering research, project execution, safety compliance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. They collaborate with cross-functional teams at Baton Rouge and Geismar, Louisiana sites to improve manufacturing processes and support advanced materials and chemical solutions. Candidates must be pursuing an engineering bachelor’s degree and meet U.S. person eligibility requirements under export control regulations.

Support introduction, scale-up, and stabilization of chemical/polymer manufacturing processes and equipment. Troubleshoot process and quality issues using structured problem-solving, implement CAPAs, drive continuous improvement to improve yield and stability, ensure quality and compliance, liaise between R&D and production, and analyze/process manufacturing data and KPIs to support decisions and reporting.

Manages inbound and outbound logistics operations in India, including transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, inventory, dangerous goods, ISO tanks, and cylinders. Oversees logistics service providers, monitors delivery and cost performance, supports third-party warehouse and tolling projects, and develops scalable logistics solutions. Ensures quality and regulatory compliance across manufacturing operations. Reviews batch records, deviations, change controls, and analytical data; leads complaints, investigations, root-cause analyses, CAPA, audits, risk assessments, equipment qualification, and validation activities. Supports SOP development, process improvement, quality metrics, training, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, QC, validation, suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.

Owns the roadmap, backlog, delivery, performance, adoption, and business value of customer-facing digital platforms, including eCommerce, portals, websites, PIM, search, analytics, and integrations. Translates business needs into capabilities, leads Agile teams and vendors, manages risks and budgets, and ensures secure, scalable, reliable solutions. Drives customer self-service, operational improvement, measurable experience outcomes, and continuous platform enhancement.

Serves as the primary HR partner for an R&D site and broader R&D teams. Advises leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, engagement, succession planning, and organizational change. Supports a union-represented workforce in partnership with Labor Relations, uses workforce data to inform decisions, and collaborates across HR functions in a matrixed organization.
