Partners with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and HSE to maintain safe, compliant, efficient production, minimize downtime and costs, optimize energy use, and provide technical support during equipment or process failures.

Lead North American marketing strategy and commercialization for next-generation refrigerants in the food retail and commercial refrigeration market. Responsibilities include market segmentation, value proposition development, NPI launch coordination, OEM and industry partnership development, customer and competitive analysis, business model support, technical messaging, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires 25–40% travel and engagement with customers, industry experts, and partners.

Leads B2B customer marketing strategies and campaigns for digital and live experiences, including webinars, trade shows, launches, email, social media, case studies, and co-marketing. Manages customer journeys, stakeholder communications, sales enablement assets, vendors, and agencies. Analyzes customer and market data, tracks campaign KPIs and ROI, and uses marketing automation and CRM systems to optimize performance and support revenue growth.

Lead development and execution of multi-channel B2B customer marketing campaigns—email, social, content, events—manage agencies/vendors, track KPIs/ROI, support sales enablement, use marketing automation and CRM, and travel 10–25% for events and customer meetings.

Operate tool-room machines, including surface grinders, mills, lathes, and drills, to produce precision tooling spare parts for stamping operations. Machine complex profiles to micron-level tolerances, interpret engineering drawings and GD&T, inspect parts with precision measuring instruments, and maintain equipment. The role requires independent work on rotating day and night shifts, press-tool and fixture knowledge, and routine machine setup and maintenance. CNC machining experience is advantageous.

Collect, validate, and analyze packaging, sales, and environmental data to map EPR obligations across EU/UK/US/Canada. Maintain EPR management systems, support regulatory filings and audits, generate monthly compliance reports and actionable insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement alternative compliant packaging and improve data quality.

Lead data science initiatives across Supply Chain and Finance, building and deploying forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization models.
