Analyze packaging, sales, and environmental data to track EPR obligations, support regulatory filings, maintain compliance systems, improve data quality, and generate actionable sustainability insights. The role collaborates with logistics, manufacturing, internal stakeholders, and external consultants on compliant packaging, audits, evidence gathering, reporting, and process optimization across international markets.

Leads supply planning, material replenishment, inventory management, and order fulfillment for a large research and fine chemicals portfolio. Manages SIOP, MRP exceptions, capacity constraints, material availability, inventory optimization, revenue projections, and distribution performance. Partners with logistics, procurement, sales, customer care, and third-party warehouses to resolve delivery barriers, maintain SAP inventory accuracy, and drive cross-functional process improvements.

Develop and optimize polymer processing technologies, lead experiments and DOE studies, analyze technical data, troubleshoot material and product issues, and manage R&D projects. Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality, commercial, customer, and global teams to deliver technical solutions and product innovations. Provide technical support, communicate findings, and travel domestically and internationally as needed.
