Leads reliability engineering and Utilities & Solvent Recovery operations at an industrial manufacturing site. Develops asset reliability strategies, resolves recurring equipment failures, supports modifications and capital projects, and oversees utility infrastructure, emissions controls, maintenance, and engineering personnel. Partners with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and HSE to maintain safe, compliant, efficient production, minimize downtime and costs, optimize energy use, and provide technical support during equipment or process failures.

Lead North American marketing strategy and commercialization for next-generation refrigerants in the food retail and commercial refrigeration market. Responsibilities include market segmentation, value proposition development, NPI launch coordination, OEM and industry partnership development, customer and competitive analysis, business model support, technical messaging, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires 25–40% travel and engagement with customers, industry experts, and partners.

Performs plating operations on metal parts and components. Prepares parts through cleaning and masking, operates equipment, monitors process parameters, inspects finished products, records process and material information, and follows safety and housekeeping procedures.
