Lead strategy and execution of Solstice's digital customer experience platform, delivering AI-enabled, data-driven customer journeys and integrated CRM/ERP/PIM systems. Build and coach a cross-functional team, define multi-year roadmaps and success metrics, drive adoption, and reduce friction across sales, service, and supply chain to improve customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes.

Lead lab capability build for Li-battery application evaluation. Diagnose failure modes of current collectors, electrodes, and batteries; guide formulation, process optimization, and customer evaluations. Design coated aluminum foil processes, identify partners for downstream testing, collaborate with global and cross-functional teams, and monitor competitors.

Provide high-level application engineering and technical support for semiconductor customers across design-in, qualification, reliability, and high-volume manufacturing. Drive application enablement, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate adoption of advanced packaging, materials, and thermal solutions.
