Leads complex, cross-functional new product development programs from ideation through commercialization. Responsibilities include developing project plans, budgets, timelines, risk mitigations, and phase-gate deliverables; coordinating R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, vendors, and senior stakeholders; ensuring quality and regulatory compliance; resolving issues; and driving successful scale-up and commercial launch of specialty materials products.

Leads research and development of next-generation refrigerants and thermal management systems for mobile air conditioning and electric vehicle heat pump applications. Designs experimental programs, develops simulation models, validates system performance, investigates root causes, and supports commercialization. Provides technical mentorship, collaborates with automotive OEMs and suppliers, participates in SAE standards activities, and contributes to patents, publications, and industry adoption.

Engineering Interns assist with process and solution design, product development, engineering research, project execution, safety compliance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. They collaborate with cross-functional teams at Baton Rouge and Geismar, Louisiana sites to improve manufacturing processes and support advanced materials and chemical solutions. Candidates must be pursuing an engineering bachelor’s degree and meet U.S. person eligibility requirements under export control regulations.
