Maintains and archives project financial records in digital and physical formats. Responsibilities include tracking documents, validating completeness, indexing, coding, scanning, preserving, retrieving, and transmitting records to headquarters and warehouse facilities. The role coordinates with finance and project staff, ensures accurate storage and timely document access, and supports compliance with archiving procedures.

Draft and manage contracts, bids, leases, sub-awards, litigation documents, board materials, and memoranda. Support corporate governance, statutory filings, regulatory compliance, court matters, legal research, and contract execution. Advise the Board and Management on commercial and corporate law, organizational structures, and compliance obligations while coordinating with internal departments and regulatory agencies.

Manages legal, contracts, compliance, corporate secretarial, governance, intellectual property, and regulatory functions across SFH and its subsidiaries.
