The Senior Design Engineer will contribute to digital design, block architecture, SoC integration, verification, and documentation in low-power MCU and wireless products.

Design, implement, and validate digital logic blocks and SoC architectures for wireless microcontroller products. Develop RTL, models, simulations, and verification plans; collaborate with analog, verification, firmware, and systems teams. Analyze yield and test data, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, monitor production metrics, design burn-in hardware, support JEDEC/AEC qualification, and mentor junior engineers.

Develop production test strategies, hardware and software for automated test equipment to characterize and qualify mixed-signal, RF, and MCU SoCs. Drive silicon characterization, reliability qualification, stress testing, statistical analysis, yield improvement, and NPI support. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production issues and deliver test solutions from prototype evaluation through high-volume manufacturing.

Lead and grow an embedded Bluetooth LE Link Layer software team, define technical direction with the Link Layer Architect, drive cross-functional execution, ensure software quality and predictable delivery, adopt modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automated testing, DORA metrics), and champion responsible AI-assisted engineering to improve productivity and product quality.

Lead technical design and implementation of Bluetooth Classic and BLE host stack features, drive architecture and interoperability, resolve complex system and customer issues, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and promote modern development practices (including AI-assisted tooling) to deliver scalable, maintainable embedded Bluetooth software.

Develop and optimize embedded software for smart home and IoT applications, mentor junior engineers, and lead technical projects.

The Senior Salesforce Developer will build and maintain Salesforce solutions, manage integrations, optimize performance, and ensure compliance, while aligning with business needs and promoting innovation.
