Lead technical design and implementation of Bluetooth Classic and BLE host stack features, drive architecture and interoperability, resolve complex system and customer issues, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and promote modern development practices (including AI-assisted tooling) to deliver scalable, maintainable embedded Bluetooth software.

Lead and grow an embedded software team to deliver high-quality Wi‑Fi protocol stack software. Own end-to-end delivery, serve as product owner for the backlog, contribute technically via design reviews and hands-on coding/debugging, drive Agile practices, CI/CD, testing, and cross-functional integration with hardware and QA.

Design, implement, and test embedded C/C++ software for Wi‑Fi ICs. Lead architecture and feature delivery, integrate with hardware and protocol stacks, write tests and automation, debug using JTAG/GDB/logic analyzers, mentor engineers, and improve processes for performance and reliability.
