The Role
Silicon Labs is seeking a Director, Digital IP Roadmap to define and drive the roadmap for our digital IP portfolio. Working across these groups, you will assess needs, set priorities, and guide roadmap planning for a portfolio of more than 200 IPs. You will also contribute to the processes that help teams align development with the roadmap.

This is a senior, highly collaborative role. You will work with IP managers and design teams across multiple global sites, while those teams remain responsible for executing the development work. • Coordinate IP streams and communicate roadmap priorities, plans, and dependencies across global teams.
  • Drive the IP change management process and support consistent planning across the portfolio.
  • Work with IP managers and design teams to align development plans with roadmap priorities.
  • Evaluate potential IP features and subsystems, including emerging areas such as display, vision, and audio.
  • Build strong working relationships across functions and resolve differing viewpoints through thoughtful, inclusive collaboration.
  • Keep roadmap decisions technically grounded by considering feasibility, implementation effort, and the needs of the products that will use the IP.

  • Experience contributing to or driving IP planning, roadmaps, or cross-functional development initiatives.
  • Clear communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to bring together stakeholders with different perspectives.
  • A collaborative, open approach to gathering input, building alignment, and making decisions.
