Processes cash receipts, commissions, invoices, accounts receivable, tax payments, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and accounting records. Supports month-end and year-end close, cash-flow reporting, process improvement, and daily accounting operations within an insurance organization.

Processes foundational commercial insurance workflows throughout the policy lifecycle, including new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, billing, certificates, and carrier document intake. Maintains accurate policy records and documentation in Applied EPIC and CSR24 while meeting quality, turnaround, and production standards. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to structured processes, technical aptitude, and collaboration with Service teams in a high-volume environment.

Lead sales strategy, business development, deal negotiations, client relationships, and onboarding while coaching and managing a high-performing sales team. Establish sales processes, recruit and retain talent, monitor performance metrics, pursue new opportunities through outreach and networking, represent the company at industry events, and align team goals with company objectives. The role requires obtaining an insurance license after hire and traveling as needed.

Owns Signers National’s end-to-end acquisition integration capability, including the integration operating model, playbook, and Integration Management Office. Partners with deal teams during diligence, translates value theses into integration plans, leads cross-functional execution, manages Day 1 readiness and stakeholder communications, and tracks synergy realization. The role builds repeatable processes, holds senior leaders accountable, mitigates integration risks, supports talent retention, and reports outcomes to executive leadership.

Manage personal lines client relationships, review policies for accuracy, handle endorsements and renewals, support claims, liaise with carriers/underwriters, maintain records in Applied Epic, and drive account retention through proactive communication.

Manage and retain a book of P&C business through client servicing, renewals, endorsements, billing, certificates, and carrier negotiations. Provide timely client support, advise on coverage gaps, coordinate internal resources, and follow internal workflows and timelines.

The Regional Vice President drives financial performance, manages territory distribution, leads team development, and maintains strong relationships with brokers to achieve sales targets and profitability.

Support new and renewal insurance placements by reviewing submissions for completeness, assisting with quoting and carrier marketing, tracking responses, maintaining records in agency systems, and preparing bind orders under manager guidance.

Sell insurance to new and existing clients by prospecting from a proprietary database, consulting to identify client needs, coordinating with carrier relations and account managers to deliver policies, meeting production goals, and participating in ongoing product and sales training.
