As a Web Intern, you will collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot application performance.

Serve as primary client contact to ensure satisfaction and retention, resolve issues, design AI-driven chat and voice agent journeys, analyze needs, collaborate with internal teams, monitor KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations.

This role involves analyzing customer needs, designing solutions, providing consultancy, and building relationships to improve product adoption and satisfaction.

The Product Owner will guide product management, optimize workflows, manage product sprints and backlogs, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure project success.
