Deploy, operate, and continuously improve cloud and on-prem systems. Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code, administer Kubernetes/Helm, build CI/CD pipelines, implement monitoring and logging, ensure high availability, performance, and security, and collaborate with development and product teams.

As a Web Intern, you will collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot application performance.

Partner with sales and product teams to drive pre-sales activities for conversational AI solutions: run demos, lead discovery sessions, design technical solutions, scope and manage POCs, develop SOWs, and liaise between customers and internal delivery teams to ensure successful implementations.

This role involves analyzing customer needs, designing solutions, providing consultancy, and building relationships to improve product adoption and satisfaction.

Develop, train, evaluate Arabic TTS models and related components (text normalization, diacritization, G2P). Integrate third-party modules, support customers, implement optimizations, and document R&D work. Collaborate with linguists and cross-functional teams to improve Saudi/Gulf Arabic TTS quality.

Test and validate AI-powered conversational solutions: develop and run test scenarios, configure test environments (VMs), automate tests with Postman/Playwright, report results, and collaborate with engineers on solution design and integrations to prevent customer-facing issues.
