Entry-level general application role supporting team operations based on the candidate’s interests and background. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing simple reports, following processes, communicating across teams, learning tools quickly, and contributing to team goals. Own and develop the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including customization, integrations, security, deployments, data migration, and user support. Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and Power Platform environments. Gather business requirements, evaluate enterprise software, coordinate vendors and procurement, and lead implementations through go-live. Maintain documentation, monitor integrations, and recommend improvements across business applications.

Own the roadmap, backlog, and product strategy for speech recognition and text-to-speech products. Translate customer, market, and research input into prioritized features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and releases. Partner with engineering, R&D, QA, presales, support, and customers; run Scrum ceremonies; define speech quality targets; support deployments and escalations; track competitors; and guide junior team members at the senior level.
