Source and screen candidates, consult with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, post to job boards, assist onboarding and background clearance, support peak-season frontline hiring and front desk duties, ensure compliance, and partner with HRBP and Employee Relations.

Responsibilities include memorizing music, scripts, blocking, and choreography; participating in meet-and-greets and special events; completing backstage duties; following safety and stage direction; accepting feedback; and engaging positively with guests and coworkers. The role requires evening, weekend, holiday, and variable-shift availability, physical stamina, outdoor performance capability, and participation in an in-person audition.

Supports zoological animal care through daily husbandry, habitat cleaning and maintenance, food preparation, medication administration, enrichment, positive-reinforcement training, and behavioral observation. Assists veterinary staff with animal health procedures, maintains electronic records in TRACKS, and supports conservation education through guest presentations and special events. The role involves caring for diverse species, including large or potentially dangerous animals, while working outdoors and maintaining flexible schedules.

Provides daily care, training, enrichment, habitat maintenance, and health monitoring for diverse zoo animals. Follows husbandry, safety, emergency, and positive-reinforcement training protocols; supports conservation breeding and veterinary procedures; records animal health and behavior in TRACKS; and engages guests through presentations and public speaking. May mentor staff, operate grounds equipment, and work outdoors in physically demanding conditions across varied schedules.

The Safety Specialist conducts guest accident investigations, assists with safety inspections, manages accident database, and attends safety meetings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Supervise daily husbandry, maintenance, and training of a diverse animal collection; mentor Zoological Specialists and Assistants; manage staffing, scheduling, area maintenance, guest interactions, safety and SOP compliance; support research, exhibit modifications, animal moves, and departmental planning while promoting conservation and animal welfare.

Ensure guest and property safety by patrolling the park, responding to incidents, conducting access control and inspections, assisting law enforcement, completing incident reports, operating posts, and enforcing safety and use-of-force policies.

Perform as a costumed character, dancer, puppeteer, or vocal actor at Sesame Place. Roles require physical endurance, performing in extreme temperatures, long periods of standing/walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays. Candidates must attend auditions, provide resume/headshot, complete trainings, and comply with grooming and safety guidelines.

Lead and supervise the Aquatics team to ensure safe, positive guest experiences. Hire, train, schedule, and counsel staff; enforce safety procedures and child labor laws; manage budgets, opening/closing procedures, paperwork, and first-aid/water incidents. Maintain certifications and physical readiness, and provide excellent guest service.

Develops and executes sales and marketing strategies for travel advisors and consortia. Builds relationships with travel agencies and industry partners, drives park awareness and attendance, manages travel advisor content and advertising on VAX VacationAccess, coordinates promotions with marketing teams, participates in trade shows and sales missions, and serves as a primary contact for travel advisors while pursuing revenue growth.

Maintain and service locking hardware across the park: run lock shop, perform preventive maintenance, process lock/security work orders, manage key authorization lists, and support departments on physical security issues.

Lead brand stewardship and integrated marketing for Aquatica Orlando. Develop annual marketing plans, drive seasonal campaigns, manage website and guest communications, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and use market intelligence to grow attendance and revenue.

Lead and support ride operations staff to deliver safe, positive guest experiences. Train, coach, schedule, enforce policies, perform safety and equipment checks, handle guest issues, complete reports, assist with opening/closing and setup/breakdown, and ensure compliance with labor and safety rules.

Manage and support theatrical rigging and technical stagecraft for shows, events, and attractions. Oversee installations, vendor coordination, safety compliance, project scheduling, purchasing flow, design reviews, and on-site supervision. Provide technical expertise in rigging, lighting, audio, video, special effects, and scenery while training and leading crews and communicating updates to park management.
