Lead and supervise food service ambassadors to deliver excellent guest experiences. Open/close facilities, prepare and serve food, monitor food safety (HACCP), train staff, manage cash recaps, control queues and waste, maintain equipment, and enforce company policies while assisting other park areas as needed.
