Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, skilled, and leadership roles across the park. Source and screen candidates, consult with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, post to job boards, assist onboarding and background clearance, support peak-season frontline hiring and front desk duties, ensure compliance, and partner with HRBP and Employee Relations.

Support show performers by prepping, laundering, repairing, organizing, and inventorying costumes; perform light sewing, stagehand duties, cleaning, and paperwork; work varied shifts at the park.

In this role, you'll lead a team in ensuring cleanliness, guest service excellence, and safety standards throughout the park, while training and monitoring team members.
