The RPA & AI Enablement Developer integrates automated workflows into operations, focusing on RPA solutions, data insights, and collaboration to improve efficiency.

Serve as primary customer contact for Managed WiFi, DAS, and Fiber deployments. Coordinate onboarding with property owners, construction teams, and ISPs; maintain onboarding documentation, project trackers, and CRM records; escalate issues, oversee ISP performance and SLAs; process change orders; assist AR collections; conduct business reviews and identify upsell opportunities to drive satisfaction and retention.

Lead IT SOX testing and assessments across ITGCs, applications, cloud, IAM, change management, and cybersecurity. Perform risk assessments, control design and operating effectiveness testing, data-analytic automation, and remediation follow-up. Partner with tech, security, finance, and external auditors, mentor junior auditors, and communicate findings to management and leadership to strengthen financial reporting controls.

Supports tower construction, antenna and line installation, material organization, site-plan interpretation, and job-site safety under supervisor direction. Completes Tower U training and assigned construction tasks efficiently. Requires climbing towers up to 500 feet, lifting up to 75 pounds, operating a company or commercial motor vehicle when needed, working outdoors in remote locations, and extensive domestic travel. Overtime, weekends, and evening work may be required.

Leads IT projects from planning through post-go-live support, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Develops project plans, governance documentation, status reports, business cases, implementation plans, and communication materials. Coordinates requirements, design, testing, training, implementation, and stabilization with business and technical teams. Support the internal audit team by performing FCPA and SOX transaction testing, assisting with tests of controls, documenting procedures and findings, reviewing anti-corruption compliance, communicating issues to supervisors, preparing supporting documentation, and performing ad hoc administrative duties.

Architect and manage identity solutions (Active Directory, Entra ID), Microsoft AVD and Intune, enterprise storage and virtualization (SAN/NAS, VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix). Design and test backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery (on-premises and Azure). Collaborate with cloud, security, and application teams, provide advanced troubleshooting, maintain documentation, and drive process improvements.
