Teams at SBA Communications

Leads IT projects from planning through post-go-live support, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Develops project plans, governance documentation, status reports, business cases, implementation plans, and communication materials. Coordinates requirements, design, testing, training, implementation, and stabilization with business and technical teams. Ensures compliance with IT governance and security standards, improves delivery processes, and mentors less experienced project managers.

Conducts sustainability research, data analysis, emissions accounting, climate risk assessment, and regulatory review. Supports sustainability strategy execution, renewable energy initiatives, annual reporting, investor and rating-agency engagement, and cross-functional projects. Prepares management reports, tracks key performance indicators, verifies sustainability data, and recommends operational efficiencies. Requires foundational knowledge of ESG standards, GHG Protocol accounting, sustainability reporting, and strong business communication skills.

Provide Tier 2 support and configuration for enterprise applications (e.g., Dynamics, Workday, DocuSign, UiPath). Troubleshoot integrations and data issues, coordinate UAT, maintain documentation, support deployments, partner with admins/vendors, and improve processes while ensuring SOX and IT compliance.
