Design and evolve reliable edge computing systems connecting cameras, sensors, deployed hardware, and cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include architecture, distributed systems, diagnostic tooling, remote troubleshooting, sensor-fusion problems, code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentoring engineers. The role requires hands-on systems expertise across Linux, networking, hardware, and software, with ownership of ambiguous technical initiatives from conception through delivery.

Design and ship a production project for the Edge team, including Java backend services, Linux-based device configuration and debugging, fleet observability tooling, telemetry pipelines, and remote diagnosis of hardware and connectivity issues. Participate in code reviews and engineering discussions while learning how IoT systems using LoRaWAN, BLE, and cloud services operate at scale.

Software Engineering Interns will ship production full-stack software, building caregiver-facing experiences in React and TypeScript and backend services in Java. Responsibilities include testing, code reviews, deployment, roadmap collaboration, and partnering with product managers, designers, and engineers. Interns receive mentorship, feedback, and experience operating reliable software supporting senior living and healthcare workflows.
