Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair vessel machinery and engineering systems aboard tanker vessels. Monitor engines and auxiliary equipment, perform planned maintenance, maintain engineering records, support cargo and vessel operations, participate in emergency drills, and ensure compliance with maritime regulations, safety procedures, and environmental standards. Work closely with the Chief Engineer and other vessel departments to support safe and efficient ship operations.

Manage vessel safety, regulatory compliance, crew welfare and performance, ship maintenance, repairs, seaworthiness, budgets, operating costs, KPIs, and resource planning. Coordinate with service engineers, manufacturers, contractors, and onboard teams; investigate events, conduct risk analyses, evaluate tenders, oversee defect resolution, and promote operational excellence.

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations across maritime shore offices and vessels. Configure SAP FICO, MM, PM, and related modules for voyage profitability, procurement, inventory, and fleet maintenance. Manage SAP Activate delivery, system integrators, stakeholders, scope, risks, and change management. Design SAP BTP middleware and API integrations for disconnected vessels, maritime software, and corporate ledgers while overseeing data migration and master data quality.

Handle customer inquiries and after-sales support; prepare quotations, delivery orders, purchase orders and invoices; liaise and negotiate with suppliers; manage local and overseas stock and logistics; attend team meetings and share best practices. Fresh graduates welcome.

Provide hands-on support and training in operation, maintenance, and mobilization of ROVs for subsea operations. Assist operators during dives, learn troubleshooting, maintain equipment, document activities, and participate in safety drills and emergency procedures.

Support project execution and documentation by gathering user requirements, preparing test scenarios, coordinating meetings, tracking deliverables, assisting with data entry, reports and dashboards, providing basic troubleshooting, liaising with users and vendors, and maintaining SOPs and user guides.

Source, screen, and select candidates for maritime and other industry clients. Support shipbuilding, repair, and maintenance across regional shipyards. Roles include project, electrical, mechanical/piping, structural, subcontracting managers and entry-level engineers. Ensure technical standards, safety compliance, teamwork, and travel as project needs require.

Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy and team; perform risk and vulnerability assessments; establish policies and incident response; ensure regulatory compliance (NIST/ISO/GDPR); provide training and collaborate across IT and departments to mitigate threats.

Lead development and execution of company-wide sustainability strategy, implement energy and carbon reduction programs, manage ESG data collection and reporting (GRI/SASB/ISSB/HKEX), maintain GHG inventory, coordinate third-party verifications, and drive employee engagement on sustainability.

Work on the 2026 DC FPSO project covering design, construction, installation and maintenance of an FPSO. Roles span safety, production, planning, engineering and newbuilding. Ensure compliance with offshore safety standards and regulations, perform physically demanding offshore duties, and collaborate effectively with project teams.

Oversee vessel performance and utilization using digital tools to monitor KPIs, analyze voyages, optimize fuel efficiency and emissions, schedule hull/propeller maintenance, build BI dashboards, validate performance data, and coordinate with technical, operations, and commercial teams to drive measurable performance improvements.

Manage end-to-end subcontracting for shipyard projects: select and evaluate subcontractors, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, enforce compliance, mitigate risks, maintain records, and improve subcontracting processes to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
