To assist the Finance Manager & Senior Accountant and is responsible for all areas relating to preparation and review of financial reporting with a tight deadline. This position will be responsible for ensuring timely reporting in compliance with accounting principles, practices and procedures.
Responsibilities- Review subsidiaries’ management accounts
- Preparation of group consolidation report
- Perform intercompany reconciliations, eliminations and consolidation adjustments
- Provide financial analysis, variance explanations and key insights
- Approve documents within ERP system as per workflow processes
- GST reviews and submission
- Act as key liaison with auditors for group and entity-level audits
- Coordinate audit timelines and resolve audit queries efficiently
- Draft financial statements, audit reports and notes to accounts
- Support annual return and statutory filing processes
- Preparation of tax schedules and assist in the replies to tax agent for corporate tax filings
- Assist in preparation of transfer pricing documentation
- Assist in system implementation
- Provide administrative support and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Excellent time management and able to prioritize work assigned

Requirements
- Degree in Accounting discipline, & minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting role handling multiple full set of accounts for different entities.
- Knowledge of accounting terminology and manage full set of accounts
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamic 265 Business Central System will be a plus
