Requires strong digital operations expertise, global matrixed collaboration, strategic planning, change management, and people leadership.

Manage global supply planning and inventory availability for a pathology and molecular product portfolio. Develop supply plans, optimize MRP master data, manage safety stock, allocations, reservations, bottlenecks, launches, phase-outs, and scrap mitigation. Coordinate with suppliers, affiliates, warehouses, and cross-functional stakeholders while leading S&OP and escalation processes to resolve supply-demand issues, maintain service levels, and minimize total costs.

Provides executional support for centralized digital marketing operations, including campaign setup and maintenance, website and SEO updates, email and marketing automation workflows, social and paid media support, sales enablement, quality assurance, and recurring performance reporting.
