The Position
About the position
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and forward-thinking individual to join our Sales Contract management agile product team. This role involves working closely with commercial IT and business groups to identify, design, and implement solutions that perfectly align with their specific needs. We are looking for someone who can inspire and motivate others while taking a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Your key responsibilities
As a Consultant in the Sales Contract Management area, you will be part of an agile and highly skilled team working in an innovative, dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will interact with internal customers and contribute to projects, enhancements and maintenance activities.
Your main activities and responsibilities will include:

Consulting of Commercial Contract Fulfilment processes which includes requirement analysis & refinement of user stories, solution design & architecture, solution implementation, implementation coordination of external consultants, creation of technical design documents, coordination of offshore developers, testing support and documentation.

Implementation of the Commercial Contract Fulfilment Global Template Solution (SAP S/4 and Conga CLM).

Support the global solution deployment which will be done by a deployment team.

Working in an SAFe environment.

Ensuring effective and appropriate mapping of business needs to technology. Ensuring that the solution fits the Roche end-to-end process design including systems and interfaces and to the strategic business objectives.

Supporting projects and initiatives in the area of Contract Management

Proactively identify, evaluate, and communicate ideas for process improvements
Your work focus area is the Quote-to-Contract Project Contract Fulfilment team: Mainly Instrument Data Collection and Contract Execution and Billing processes.
Your qualification and experience

You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent field of studies.
You also bring the following skills and experience:

Works / leads independently to deliver products with increased complexity (e.g. technical, scope, stakeholders) in the area of Product Analysis & Consultancy.

Ability to plan, prioritize, and report status at the product (or even product line) level.

May act as a mentor for colleagues with less experience and provide guidance.

Helps drive successful completion of major programs or product milestones and may function in a leadership role (even unofficial).

Interacts within and across multiple product squads within a domain.

Resolves any confusion or miscommunication and facilitates discussions.

Extensive understanding and application of tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability and process analysis.

3+ years experience in the Conga CLM environment.
-
APEX and or C# experience is a valuable asset.
-
Willingness to work in a highly complex environment and a virtual global team.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
