In this role, you will be at the core of our support operations, assisting Roche employees with the Concur system—an crucial tool for handling Travel & Expense processes. The Opportunity:
- You are engaging with users from Japan and English-speaking regions, addressing inquiries related to SAP Concur's Travel & Expense applications.
- You are guiding users through Concur’s tools and functionalities, ensuring they grasp T&E processes with ease.
- You are efficiently logging and handling queries in our ticketing system, ensuring swift resolutions and maintaining service quality.
- You are adhering to performance targets, SLAs, and SOPs to provide outstanding service.
- You are collaborating with cross-functional teams, escalating complex issues to level-two support, and promoting team performance.
- You are becoming a Concur expert, sharing product knowledge across teams, empowering users on expense reporting and compliance, and ensuring adherence to SOPs, regulations, and ethical standards.
Who you are:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience.
- You are a recent graduate encouraged to apply based on enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn.
- You are proficient in English and Japanese, enabling you to communicate effectively with users across the APAC region.
- You have a collaborative spirit with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- You have a detail-oriented mindset with a talent for analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Preferred:
- Experience in call centers or T&E support is a plus, but your passion and willingness to learn are equally valued.
- You have an understanding of Travel & Expense processes, particularly with Concur, and proficiency in analytical and presentation tools.
- You possess organizational prowess with strong prioritization skills and a dedication to meeting deadlines.
