The Position
We are seeking qualified candidates for multiple roles within our finance and accounting team. Capital & Lease Accounting Analyst:

Manage capital and lease accounting processes.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
-
Fluent in Japanese for effective communication with stakeholders.
Contract Records Processor:
-
Process and maintain accurate records of contracts and agreements.
-
Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure contract compliance.
-
Proficiency in Japanese for handling Japanese-language contracts.
D2P Accounts Payable Analyst (Data to Payment):
-
Lead the end-to-end accounts payable process from data analysis to payment processing.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate and efficient payments.
-
Proficiency in Japanese for effective communication with relevant teams.
PEC Analyst (Period End Closing):
-
Coordinate and execute month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts in compliance with work instructions and month-end close checklist.

Perform and analyze booking accounting transactions, working and calculations are executed in a timely and accurate.
Vendor Master Data Analyst:

Manage vendor master data and ensure accuracy in the system.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for data maintenance.

Fluent in Japanese for communication with Japanese-speaking vendors.
Global Accounting and Management Accounting (GAMA):

Prepare and analyze global financial statements following company policies and accounting principles.

Collaborate with international teams for comprehensive management accounting.

Proficiency in Japanese for communication with global and local stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.

Proficiency in Japanese is mandatory.

Good communication skills and able to communicate effectively in English.

Fresh graduate to 5 years of working experience in finance and accounting roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
