Provide foreclosure and real estate litigation support: review loan documents and conditions precedent, draft pleadings and correspondence, attend hearings, update case systems, ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections laws, maintain confidentiality, analyze files and recommend corrective actions. Conduct advanced skip-tracing using private databases, public records, and social media to locate borrowers and assets. Verify contact information, document investigative steps in the case management system, and ensure compliance with FDCPA/FCRA and data confidentiality to support litigation and collections.

Lead architect for enterprise-scale AI, data, and automation solutions. Collaborate with teams to design and implement production-grade systems and data pipelines.
